Tollring and ROGER365.io are combining their Microsoft Teams technologies to give contact centers a single proposition for customer communications, compliant call recording and AI-powered conversation analytics.
The alliance connects ROGER365.io’s Teams contact center with Tollring’s Analytics 365 recording and analytics platform. The companies say the integration requires no custom development and can be configured through the administration portals of both platforms.
Customers can play back Tollring recordings directly in the ROGER365.io Teams application, while AI-generated call summaries can be sent automatically to CRM and service management systems. Tollring’s platform also provides automated quality evaluation across conversations and natural-language analysis of conversation data.
The compliance capabilities could be particularly relevant to financial services and other regulated organizations that need to retain and review customer conversations. The bigger opportunity may be for the channel. ROGER365.io and Tollring have different geographic strengths, with ROGER365.io strongest in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany and Tollring more established in the UK.
That gives partners on both sides another product to attach to existing Teams and contact center deployments without building the integration themselves.
For Microsoft partners, the combination also creates a way to expand a Teams voice deployment into areas such as compliance, quality management and conversation intelligence. Rather than selling recording or analytics as a separate project, partners can position those capabilities alongside the contact center.
The two companies plan to run partner webinars covering licensing, configuration and use cases, along with joint customer campaigns. The deal reflects a broader shift in the Teams market.
Microsoft provides the communications foundation, but customers with more demanding contact center, compliance and analytics requirements often need specialized applications around it. For partners, those integrations can create additional recurring revenue while giving them more ways to expand an existing Teams relationship.
